General Terms and Conditions
§1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online store https://www.loulex.eu
(2) If the contract is concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3 ) The following rules apply when an order is received in our online store: The consumer places an order by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online store.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date, discount codes
(1) The prices and taxes apply as described on your enclosed invoice.(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, cash on delivery, PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard...).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
If we deliver cash on delivery, the purchase price claim shall become due upon receipt of the goods.
LOULEX reserves the right not to execute orders for which unauthorized discount codes have been used. In such cases, there is no entitlement to delivery or redemption of the discount. If a discount code has been used illegally, the product must be purchased at the original price if the order is to be maintained.orders with regular, authorized discount codes can be placed via the official order process in the online store, in compliance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery takes place at the latest within 24 hours after receipt of the order(PLEASE NOTE PRESALE ). In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.§6 Exclusion of liability
The "LOULEX Quick Lock" serves as a fastening element for cameras and other equipment. The use of this product is at your own risk. The seller accepts no liability for direct, indirect or consequential damage resulting from improper use, incorrect attachment or normal wear and tear of the product. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly check the proper functionality of the product and to ensure proper handling. Any liability for damage to the device or other property is excluded, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
The seller accepts no liability for damage caused by the leakage of a memobottle or its improper use. The buyer is advised to check the memobottle for leaks before each use and to comply with the care and use instructions given in the product description.
In particular, no liability is accepted for damage to persons, personal belongings, electronic devices or other assets caused by the memobottle leaking.
The use of the memobottle is at the buyer's own risk. The seller excludes any further claims.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than twenty-one days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Outside of Germany, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
