Payment methods

The following payment methods are available to you during checkout. Which options are displayed depends on the delivery country and, for invoice and installment purchases, on the result of the creditworthiness check.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods. You can find the invoice terms for deliveries to Germany at cdn.klarna.com/de_de/invoice and for deliveries to Austria at cdn.klarna.com/de_at/invoice.
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly statement. More information about installment purchases, including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit, can be found at cdn.klarna.com/de_de/account.
  • Sofort: Your account is charged immediately after the order is placed.

Using the invoice and installment purchase payment methods requires a positive creditworthiness check. As part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement, we therefore forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness verification. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the creditworthiness check. You can find general information about Klarna at www.klarna.com. Your personal data will be handled by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and in line with the details in Klarna's privacy policy for Germany or Austria respectively.

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

  1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
  3. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on invoice via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
  4. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to us (loulex.eu).

In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer you the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • Bancontact
  • iDEAL
  • Klarna

Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during checkout. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data you've stored in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction. More information can be found at support.apple.com.

Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during checkout. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following the verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data you've stored in the app for the transaction. More information can be found at support.google.com.

Bancontact

In cooperation with Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the "Bancontact" payment method. This requires that your bank account supports payment via Bancontact. Payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and, after logging into your online banking account, can initiate the payment.

iDEAL

We offer the "iDEAL" payment method from Currence iDEAL B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. This requires that your bank account supports payment via iDEAL. Payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and, after logging into your online banking account, can initiate the payment.

Shop Pay

With Shop Pay, a service provided by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, you can save your delivery and payment details for future orders and complete checkout more quickly. Confirmation takes place via a code that Shop Pay sends to your mobile number. Payment is then processed using the payment method you've saved.
