Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the 30-day period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you - excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) - immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after we have received the returned goods unused and in their original condition.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us within 30 days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract in accordance with Section 357 (1) BGB.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Goods that are proven to be in used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns due to unpaid import tax will not be accepted.
